No one likes to be bombarded by a lot of mail. In addition, WhatsApp is taking measures to eliminate this public hazard. The company is considering how to prevent companies and individuals from abusing the platform through automated messages.

While WhatsApp provides companies with a dedicated application and an API to integrate chatbots to make it easier to communicate with customers, the company says sending bulk messages using the platform violates its terms of service and is seen as an abuse.

WhatsApp messages are also end-to-end encrypted, but even so, WhatsApp can use unencrypted information (such as profile photos, account creation dates, user reports, etc.). To identify abuse. The company claims to have deleted millions of abusive accounts from its platform.

Some people are still trying to go beyond WhatsApp's AI to detect abuse, so even if the company finds information outside the platform, the company will take legal action against anyone who abuses its platform.

Through external information, WhatsApp means "the company publicly declares its ability to use WhatsApp in a manner that violates our terms." Companies that abuse the platform on or after December 7, 2019 will be sued.

In essence, WhatsApp is now actively looking for people and companies to send spam on this platform so that all of us can make life a little easier.
