Official news: Xiaomi smartwatch supports independent music playback

Due to the limitations of the Internet and storage space, smartwatches can only play songs on smartphones. Now it seems that the upcoming Xiaomi smartwatch will break this point.

Today, Mi's official Weibo channel released a document saying: "Xiaomi smartwatch can download, collect and play music through headphones and power amplifiers. Wear it every day to ensure a good mood."

As can be seen from the warm-up posters, Xiaomi's smartwatch can display songs on full screen, providing functions such as pause, collection, forward / backward, volume adjustment, download, and so on.

Since the song can be downloaded and stored, it means that its storage space will be much larger than other smartwatches on the market. Don't forget, it also has an app store that allows you to install apps.

According to official sources, Xiaomi Watch is China's first real smartwatch with Qualcomm Snapdragon wearing 3100 flagship processor. Provide independent Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth, independent GPS, independent high-performance CPU, independent NFC, independent linear motor, independent speakers, large capacity battery, eSIM virtual card and so on.

As mentioned earlier, Xiaomi smartwatch will provide an application market. So you can download and use applications, such as Wechat, Alipay, DiDi and so on. In addition, the company stressed that it would be "open". This means that other manufacturers can develop apps for the smartwatch to further enrich the user experience.

It is worth mentioning that Xiaomi smartwatch will be used with Xiaomi smart home. For example, you can check the status of the sweeping robot, or even control the cleaning.
