As early as February this year, Android 12 system started the developer preview version of the test work, September update Beta5, indicating that the beta version is coming to an end, positive soon.

According to XDA, Google internal documentation shows that Android 12 source code is scheduled to be uploaded at AOSP Gerrit on October 4, and if nothing else, Android 12 stable version will arrive on Pixel phones on the same day. However, the Pixel 6 pre-installed with Android 12 will not be released until October 19.

For comparison, Android 11 officially launched on September 8 last year.
