Apple's Apple ID page will be updated. Users can delete their own information.

­according to Bloomberg, Apple's page for managing user Apple ID will be updated soon, allowing users to know all the information about users obtained by Apple, and users can download, modify or delete that information.

­the change is required by new EU law, but it is also in line with Apple's own policy. The new Apple ID management page allows users to download data including contacts, photos, music preferences, calendar information, and so on.

­Apple also plans to allow customers to use the site to modify their personal information, disable Apple ID and permanently delete Apple ID. Currently, users are unable to download data or delete their own accounts, so they can only delete them by contacting customer service.

It is worth mentioning that in the just released iOS 11.3, Apple expressed the company's attitude through a variety of privacy pop-up windows: "Apple believes that privacy is a basic human right, so each Apple product aims to minimize data collection and use, use the device as much as possible for local processing, and provide transparency and control to users."
