Google launches content search tool In Apps for Android phones
Google this week announced the launch of a content search tool for Android smartphones, a tool called "In Apps" that allows users to find content deep inside apps installed on the phone.
users can click on a new "In Apps" tag on Google's search app, which can be analyzed through Gmail, Spotify and YouTube, and Google plans to add more third-party applications to In Apps support, such as FacebookMessenger, LinkedIn, Evernote, Glide, Todoist and Google Keep.
Google also said that some phones will be able to use a special In Apps home screen shortcut, of which the LG V20, which LG plans to announce on Sept. 5, will be the first to support this shortcut.
