CTOnews.com, August 10 (Xinhua)-- Twitter user @ Knoelbelbroet found that Cloud Gaming Beta tags appeared on the Xbox store pages of "GTA 5", "Elden Ring" and "Soul Hacker 2".

CTOnews.com learned that Xbox Cloud Gaming, Microsoft's Xbox cloud gaming service, was launched on September 15, 2020, but so far it has been limited to games in the Game Pass service.

Microsoft confirmed earlier this year that it plans to allow Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to play games from the cloud that they already own or are outside the XGP library later this year.

It is worth mentioning that some netizens have found some game pages that have not joined Game Pass on the official website of Microsoft Cloud Game XCloud, including "Elden Ring", "Wild Dart 2", "biochemical Evil 7", "biochemical Evil 8", "Soul Hacker 2", "Cyberpunk 2077" and so on.

To put it simply, these games did not belong to the category of Game Pass services, but now there is a Game Pass tag. Combined with Microsoft's previous notice, games such as "Elden Ring" may soon be added to Xbox cloud games, but Microsoft has not yet released official news.

In addition, some netizens pointed out that most of these games will not be free to XGP users; they will just join the XCloud cloud game service included in XGPU and still need to buy before they can play.
