To modify the user name of a Baidu account, the conditions must be met at the same time: the user name has not been changed within one year, the risk assessment of the account has been completed, and sensitive operation records have been recorded (there are no sensitive operations on the current account in the last three days).

After meeting the requirements, the user name can be modified in both English and Chinese, with a maximum of 14 letters or 7 Chinese characters. And remind Baidu that your user name has been encrypted.
