The successful separation test of fairing marks the successful conclusion of large-scale ground test of Jielong-3 rocket engineering stage and the full transition to the first flight test stage.

The fairing of Jielong-3 rocket is the fairing with the largest envelope space used in domestic solid rocket at present. The fairing separation test verifies the adaptability of the fairing to the maximum envelope of the satellite and determines the maximum usable envelope of the fairing.

CTOnews.com learned that in the follow-up, the development team of Jielong-3 rocket will continue to complete the full-rocket zero-second modal test, factory test and rocket-ground training.
