The "notice" stresses that schools should incorporate mobile phone management into their daily management, formulate specific measures, define the places, methods, and responsible persons for unified storage, and provide necessary storage devices. The demand for communication between students and parents should be solved by setting up a public telephone in the school and a communication hotline for head teachers. Do not use mobile phones to assign homework or require students to use mobile phones to complete their homework.
