AppleCare + annual payment service for Apple's Mac model has been extended to Japan, Canada and Australia
CTOnews.com, August 24, according to MacRumors, Apple now supports the purchase of AppleCare + annual payment service for all Mac models, Studio Display and Pro Display XDR in Canada, Australia and Japan, allowing users in these countries to pay annual AppleCare + fees from day one.
In Canada, for example, users can now choose to purchase an AppleCare+ plan for M2 MacBook Air at an annual price of $99.99 (about 683.93 yuan), as well as a three-year AppleCare+ fee of $269 (about 1839.96 yuan) in advance.
In the Canadian, Australian and Japanese markets, users could renew the AppleCare+ service annually after the end of the initial triennium, but now they can choose to pay for the AppleCare+ service annually for Mac from the beginning.
CTOnews.com has learned that AppleCare+ for Mac provides accidental damage protection up to twice every 12 months, each with a different service charge depending on the type of damage, and provides users with round-the-clock priority access through online chat or phone calls.
