However, some netizens on Reddit released an internal video of the work, showing a car colliding while trying to cross an obstacle, including various visual effects. The whistleblower also pointed out that the style of this work will focus more on attracting a new generation of young Need for Speed players to join it, and many younger elements have been added to the game.

Jeff Grubb, a well-known journalist, revealed that EA plans to postpone the release of "Need for Speed" by one month due to the leaked game footage of its new work, which has been postponed from November to December.

It is said that the game will be set in a fictional Chicago called Lakeside City.
