The document confirms that the Z790 motherboard supports the DDR5-5600 specification (Alder Lake is 4800 MT / s) by default.

As can be seen from the specifications in the figure below, the MSI MEG Z790 motherboard supports DDR5-5600 memory of 2DPC 2R by default and DDR5-6800 memory of 1DPC 1R by default. By contrast, the MSI MEG Z690 motherboard supports up to DDR5-6666.

In addition, the exposure information shows that the Z790 motherboard supports up to 1DPC 1R's DDR4-5333 memory, while the Z690 motherboard supports up to DDR4-5200.
