CTOnews.com August 28, Oracle's free virtual machine VirtualBox version 7.0.0 Beta 1 has been released with support for Microsoft Windows 11 and Apple macOS 11 and 12.

Previously, there was a compatibility issue between VirtualBox and Windows 11, which was resolved in VirtualBox 6.1.28 that the Windows 11 virtual machine could not be installed, while in the latest 7.0.0 Beta 1, it resolved the problem of not being able to use VirtualBox on Windows 11.

In addition, VirtualBox 7.0.0 Beta 1 adds support for macOS 11 (Big Sur) and macOS 12 (Monterey), as well as Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, 22.04 LTS, Debian 11.
