CTOnews.com August 30 news, at today's AMD launch, AMD announced that the flagship X670 series motherboard will be available in September with the Ruilong 7000 processor, and in October, the more cost-effective B650 series will also be available, including a B650E "mid-range flagship".

CTOnews.com has reported that at the Taipei computer Show, AMD only announced three motherboards: B650, X670 and X670E, which are located as follows:

X670 Extreme: provides PCIe5.0 support for two video card slots and one memory slot for strong connection performance and higher overclocking performance

X670: provides PCIe5.0 support for one memory slot and one video card slot (PCIe5.0 is optional for video card slots), specially designed for enthusiasts to overclock

B650: has a memory slot that supports PCIe 5.0, designed for high performance users

Now, AMD has updated the introduction of AM5 series motherboards, X670E series motherboards support PCIe5.0 SSD and graphics cards and dual-channel DDR5 memory, X670 series motherboards support PCIe5.0 SSD and dual-channel DDR5 memory; B650E series motherboards support PCIe5.0 SSD and DDR5 technology, and B650 motherboards support DDR5 technology, but PCIe5.0 SSD support is an optional option.

For ordinary players, the B650 motherboard listed in October will be a cost-effective choice.
