CTOnews.com, Sept. 1, today, Phil Spencer, the boss of Microsoft Xbox, released an article about the acquisition of Activision Blizzard, in which he mentioned that Activision Blizzard's favorite games will be available in Game Pass-including Watchman, Diablo and call of Duty.

Phil Spencer pointed out that although we like game consoles, we also realize that game consoles are not the only way for people to play games. Today, the largest and fastest-growing area of gaming is mobile platforms. In order to reach billions of players, no matter what device they play on, we need to accept the choice.

Activision Blizzard's expertise in developing games on mobile platforms will help Microsoft understand how to create games that appeal to players around the world, Phil Spencer said. In addition, Microsoft hopes that players will be able to play Activision Blizzard's traditional console games on other platforms through Microsoft's cloud game streaming technology.

CTOnews.com reported that in January, Microsoft announced that it would buy Activision Blizzard, a developer of games and interactive entertainment content, for $95 a share in a total deal of about $69 billion. At present, the deal needs to be approved by multinational regulators.
