According to reports, Lan Qi Technology's DDR5CK01 chip meets the JEDEC DDR5CK01 standard, supports up to DDR5 6400 memory, as well as low power management mode, and the first batch of DDR5CK01 engineering samples have been delivered to customers.

CTOnews.com learned that in May this year, Lanci Technology also announced that the industry took the lead in the trial production of DDR5 second-generation register clock driver chip M88DR5RCD02, which supports data rates as high as 5600MT / s and is suitable for data-intensive applications such as big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of things, edge computing, and so on.
