China has successfully launched the world's longest wind turbine blade: 123m long, with a surface area of more than 1000 square meters

According to the website of the State-owned assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), the world's longest 123m wind turbine blades were successfully offline on August 30, CTOnews.com reported on September 2.

CTOnews.com learned that the 123m blades off the line will be suitable for 16 MW offshore wind turbines, with an annual generating capacity of more than 50 million kilowatt hours per unit, efficiently contributing to "double carbon" as well as saving machine sites and sea area occupation.

In addition, the length of the leaves is 123m, the mass of single branch is more than 50 tons, the diameter of leaf root is more than 5 meters, and the surface area is more than 1000 square meters.

According to reports, this is the fourth blade with a length of more than 100 meters in less than a year. As a wind turbine blade manufacturer, Zhongfu Lianzhong has offline 102 meters, 110 meters, 112 meters, 123 meters and other length of more than 100 meters of blades.
