CTOnews.com September 2 news, yesterday, BAIC Langu released the subsidiary Beijing New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. (referred to as "BAIC New Energy") production and sales of KuaiBao in August 2022.

According to the data, BAIC New Energy sold 3766 vehicles in August, compared with 4074 in the same period last year. This year, it accumulated 24416 vehicles, an increase of 68.11 percent over the same period last year.

In terms of production, BAIC New Energy produced 2349 vehicles in August, compared with 423 vehicles in the same period last year. This year's cumulative output was 10716 vehicles, an increase of 265.73 percent over the same period last year.

CTOnews.com learned that BAIC Langu said that some of the sales include cooperative models jointly developed by Beijing New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. and Beijing Automobile Co., Ltd., produced by Beijing Automobile Co., Ltd., and sold by Beijing New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.

According to the data, BAIC New Energy, founded in 2009, is a new energy automobile enterprise initiated and controlled by Beijing Automobile Group Co., Ltd. For comparison, BAIC New Energy sold 3640 vehicles in July, up 4.27% from a year earlier.
