AMD R9 7950X water-cooled run out of furnace: at the same level as Intel i9-13900K
CTOnews.com Sept. 3, a few days ago, a user of Tieba took the lead in releasing the Cinebench R23 score of AMD's new flagship processor R9 7950X in air-cooled heat dissipation, with a score of 2205 points per core and 29649 points with multiple cores. Now, a ChipHell netizen has released the R9 7950X water-cooled running score, with a polynucleus score of 38984.
According to WccfTech's comparative data, under water cooling, the Cinebench R23 multi-core running score of the 16-core 32-thread R9 7950X has reached the level of Intel's upcoming flagship processor i9-13900K, which is 24-core 32-thread.
CTOnews.com learned that R9 7950X is a 16-core 32-thread, main frequency 4.5GHz, acceleration frequency 5.7GHz. The processor, which has a 170W TDP and sells for $699 (4809.12 yuan), will go on sale on Sept. 27.
