Star Times is committed to developing and manufacturing high-end smartphones, XR technology products and wearable smart terminal products. It settled in Wuhan Economic Development Zone in September 2021 and will invest in building a global headquarters for full-scene integrated intelligent products for the double 6G era.

CTOnews.com learned that on July 4, Hubei Xingji Times Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Meizu Technology Co., Ltd. held a strategic investment signing ceremony in Hangzhou, officially announcing that Xingji Times held a controlling stake of 79.09% of Meizu Technology and acquired separate control over Meizu Technology.

The two sides have previously stressed that Meizu Technology will continue to operate as an independent brand after strategic investment. Huang Zhang, as Meizu Technology's product strategy consultant, will continue to contribute to Meizu Technology's development, and Meizu Technology's senior management team will also remain stable.
