Troy Teslike: Tesla China is expected to deliver more than 100000 electric vehicles in September
According to foreign media reports, Troy Teslike, a well-known Twitter user who focuses on tracking Tesla's delivery and other data analysis, tweeted on Friday that Tesla China is expected to deliver more than 100000 electric vehicles in September, which will be a new record.
Tesla currently owns a super factory in Shanghai, where production was disrupted after a two-week production line upgrade in July.
In early August, figures released by the Federation showed that Tesla sold about 28217 Chinese-made cars in China in July, down 64.2% from 78906 in June and 14.41% from 32968 in July last year. This is due to the planned upgrade of the production line at its Shanghai super factory.
In the financial results for the second quarter of 2022 released in July, Tesla said that due to the capacity upgrade of the Shanghai factory, the annual production capacity of the plant has exceeded 750000 vehicles, making it the highest-volume super factory owned by Tesla for the first time. And surpassed Tesla's Fremont, California plant for the first time.
Earlier this month, the Federation said that Tesla sold 77000 Chinese-made cars in China in August, up 173 per cent from a month earlier and 74 per cent from a year earlier.
Currently, Tesla produces domestic Model 3 and Model Y in his Shanghai super factory, which produces cars not only for the domestic market but also for foreign markets.
