Midea's new office of Japan R & D Center has been put into operation and is still preparing to build an independent laboratory in Japan.

CTOnews.com Sept. 4, according to Midea, the new office of Midea's Japan Research and Development Center (Midea Japan Research Center, referred to as MJRC) has been officially put into operation in Osaka, Japan.

The new office of the Japan R & D Center, located in Osaka, Japan's second largest economic center, is located on the 10th floor of the 51-story building Osaka-Bay-Tower, surrounded by high-rise hotels, open-air hot springs, bookstores, cafes and other commercial facilities. The office covers a total area of about 1180 square meters and can be used by 144. it has 8 standard conference rooms and 8 semi-open telephone conference booths to meet the needs of global online meetings.

MJRC is one of Midea's four full-category R & D centers overseas, and it is the core part of Midea's global R & D system (Note: "2" is a global full-category innovation park located in Shunde and Shanghai, "4" is a full-category R & D center distributed in the United States, Japan, Germany and Italy, and "N" is 29 individual-category R & D centers all over the world). MJRC currently has 69 experts, including 6 leading experts, involving 9 business departments. in the future, it will attract Japanese R & D elites in high-tech fields, build R & D teams, and export core technical support for Midea. CTOnews.com learned that at the same time, Midea's Japanese laboratory is also under construction and is scheduled to be put into use in 2023, when it can independently complete R & D experiments, reduce costs and improve efficiency, and help Midea's global R & D strategy.
