According to the source, the reference design of the 12GB GDDR6X memory of the RTX 4080 will use 10-layer PCB, while the 16GB memory model will use 12-layer PCB, and the two models will use a completely different PCB scheme.

Combining the previous revelations, the RTX 4080 is expected to carry AD103 GPU, have 9728 CUDA cores, and consume 340W of TBP. Nvidia may introduce 12GB video memory models first and 16GB video memory models later.
