CTOnews.com September 6 news, foreign media Videocardz quoted the source MEGAsizeGPU news said, NVIDIA RTX 4080 12GB and 16GB memory version may be launched at the same time.

The RTX 4080 16GB will be based on the AD103GPU, while the RTX 4080 12GB will likely be based on the smaller AD104 GPU. The RTX 4080 's reference design for 12GB GDDR6X memory will use a 10-layer PCB, while the 16GB memory model will use a 12-layer PCB, and the two models will use completely different PCB schemes.

Based on previous revelations, RTX 4080 is expected to be equipped with AD103 GPU, 9728 CUDA cores and 340W TBP power consumption.

CTOnews.com understands that Nvidia will be the first to release the RTX 4090 model in October, with a 16384 CUDA core, 24GB GDDR6X memory, and 450W TBP power consumption.
