CTOnews.com Sept. 7, Microsoft Xbox today introduced noise suppression for Xbox Series X / S, which can reduce some of the other party's chat noise in Xbox Party voice chat, such as the sound of gasping into a microphone, clicking on a handle, or playing music. This feature is available immediately after downloading the latest system update for Xbox.

The feature can be turned on or off in the "party and chat"-"options", after apps such as Zoom, Discord and Nvidia have introduced similar noise filtering features that allow users to completely filter background noise.

This update also brings other features, such as the ability to open cloud games directly from screenshots and clips shared by friends. The update also addresses some of the problems encountered by players, including the problem that the handle is constantly out of sync with their console, and if the player tries to start the game after using the streaming service.
