China Chuangxin Airlines may be the first power battery listed company in Hong Kong through the listing of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Sept. 11, a few days ago, according to Hong Kong Stock Exchange documents, China Chuang Xinhang Technology Co., Ltd. through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing hearing, as early as next week to assess investor demand for IPO. If the hearing is approved, it will be listed in September at the earliest.
According to public data, Sinovel is mainly engaged in the design, development, production and sales of power batteries and energy storage system products. As one of the earliest enterprises engaged in the R & D and production of new energy batteries in China, China New Airlines belongs to the head echelon in the field of power batteries.
It is understood that Sinovel is expected to raise US $1.5 billion to US $2 billion this time, which will be used for the construction and expansion of industrial base projects and advanced technology research and development for a number of power batteries and energy storage systems.
According to data released by Frost Sullivan, Sinovel ranked second among China's third-party power battery companies in terms of installed capacity in 2021, second only to Ningde era, and ranked seventh among global power battery companies.
It is reported that in the past three financial years, 2019, 2020 and 2021, the operating income of Sinovel was 1.733 billion yuan, 2.825 billion yuan and 6.817 billion yuan respectively, and the corresponding net profit was-156 million yuan,-18 million yuan and 112 million yuan respectively.
