CTOnews.com September 13 news, Lixun Precision today released on the United States International Trade Commission to conduct a 337 investigation of the company's final ruling announcement.

Amfino filed an application for investigation with the US International Trade Commission (hereinafter referred to as "ITC") on December 18, 2020 in accordance with Section 337 of the 1930 Customs Act of the United States. CTOnews.com learned that the 337 investigation involved three US patents, involving conductive plastic technology and terminal horizontal injection molding technology.

On September 9, 2022, according to the final ITC ruling learned by Lixun Precision, ITC confirmed the preliminary ruling and terminated the investigation, that is, only a small number of products directly exported to the United States from the previous generation fell into the scope of partial patent protection claimed by Amfino, which was previously no longer exported to the United States, and the current products have been replaced by the current version scheme. For the other two other alleged products covered by US patents, ITC confirms that the Company does not constitute an infringement or that the patent claims claimed by Amfino are invalid. All the current designs / programs proposed by the company have been re-determined by ITC that they do not constitute any infringement of the three patents.

At this point, Lixun Precision involved in this 337 investigation has all come to an end and has not had a substantial impact on the company's production and operation.
