Armor launches a new generation of industrial flash memory with SLC mode

It is reported that the new industrial flash memory supports a wide temperature range (- 40 °C to + 85 °C) and is suitable for harsh industrial environments. In addition, since the performance and reliability of flash memory cells decrease as the number of bits per unit increases, the new armoured flash memory has a 1-bit per unit (SLC) mode, providing better reliability.
