China Mobile: the company terminated its American depositary stock program on September 13, 2021

CTOnews.com, September 14, this afternoon, China Mobile issued an announcement on cancellation of registration of American depositary shares and termination of reporting obligations, saying that the New York Stock Exchange had filed form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, 2021, and the delisting of the company's American depositary shares took effect on May 18, 2021.

CTOnews.com learned that China Mobile said it had terminated its American depositary stock program on September 13, 2021. In view of the delisting of American depositary shares and the termination of the American depositary shares program, the Company intends to file form 15F with the SEC on the date of this announcement, to cancel the registration of American depositary shares and terminate their reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Exchange Act").

China Mobile pointed out in the announcement that the company's reporting obligations under the US Securities and Exchange Act will be suspended immediately after the filing of the form, unless the company withdraws or the SEC objects, cancellation of registration and termination of reporting obligations are expected to take effect after filing form 90. The company will continue to comply with its financial reporting and other obligations as a listed issuer in accordance with the rules governing the listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the rules governing the listing of shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
