Tesla: 40 new super charging stations and 168 super charging piles added to Chinese mainland in August 2022
CTOnews.com Sept. 18, Tesla China's latest data show that in August 2022, 40 new super charging stations and 168 super charging piles have been launched in 25 cities (counties) across the country.
CTOnews.com has learned that so far, Tesla has opened more than 1300 super charging stations and more than 9000 super charging piles in Chinese mainland, together with more than 1800 destination charging stations and charging piles, covering more than 380 cities and regions.
In addition, Tesla also released a list of cities expected to add supercharging stations in September, including Chengdu, Chongqing, Zunyi, Wuhan, Nantong, Wuxi, Nanjing, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Gongyi, Shenyang, Tieling, Beijing, Xi'an, Yantai, Taian, Shijiazhuang, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Huizhou, Heyuan, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Quzhou, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Jiaxing, Hangzhou, Changsha, Yiyang and Shanghai.
According to previous information, Tesla's supercharging network covers 100% of all provincial capitals and municipalities of Chinese mainland, and has achieved full coverage of prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hebei, Shandong, Guangdong, Guizhou and Shanxi.
