CTOnews.com, Sept. 19, according to JD.com, JD.com Express has connected to Douyin e-commerce "Yinyuda" service and will provide Douyin users with door-to-door delivery and other delivery services.

According to reports, "Voice demand" is a high-quality delivery service launched by Douyin e-commerce, which aims to reduce the return rate and complaint rate caused by logistics reasons, help merchants improve the level of logistics services, and to a certain extent increase the repurchase rate of users. JD.com Express is the first batch of express companies to access Douyin e-commerce "Yinyuda" service.

According to the semi-annual report of JD.com Logistics, as of June 30, 2022, JD.com Logistics had served more than 10,000 merchants on Douyin e-commerce platform; in addition, standardized products such as JD.com logistics and express delivery had grown by 41.6 per cent year-on-year.

During the Spring Festival in 2021, JD.com Express became the official logistics partner of Douyin e-commerce without closing for the Spring Festival, providing delivery services in nearly 200 cities across the country as usual, after which the two sides further deepened cooperation.

CTOnews.com learned that at the beginning of September this year, JD.com Logistics Express provided express logistics services for Oriental selection live broadcast merchants to achieve the delivery of orders in the same city or the next day for self-operated products, and cross-provincial orders could be delivered within 72 hours.
