There have also been recent signs that this is indeed happening. A few days ago, a user claimed that they had received a new Dell laptop with Windows 11 version of 22H2. The device is pre-installed with Windows 11 Build 22621.521 (KB5017321). There are also rumors that Build 22621.382 will be a GA (universally available) version. Therefore, some other devices may offer this earlier version instead of Build 22621.521.

Now the ISO link for Windows version 11 22H2 has been exposed and shows that it has been pushed to the server. So far, two ISO image download links have been provided on the TechBench dump website:

This means that the download link for Windows 11 version 22H2 will be online soon, and users with PC compatibility will be able to upgrade. CTOnews.com has been informed that 22H2 will also be supported if the user's system meets the system requirements of Windows version 11 21H2.
