Officials say the project achieves a "one box, one yard" cycle by carrying a self-developed RFID chip.

According to reports, compared with the use of traditional cartons, the recycling boxes on the line are expected to be recycled about 160,000 times in the whole year, equivalent to a reduction of 160000 cartons per year. In reducing costs, it can help Yingshi reduce the cost of packaging materials by 30%; in terms of carbon reduction, a single box and single cycle can reduce carbon by about 575g, with a total carbon reduction of 269t in three years based on 8000 recycling boxes.

CTOnews.com learned that Cainiao has implanted RFID (radio frequency identification technology) chips developed by Cainiao on the recycling boxes in cooperation with Yingshi, together with the circular box management system developed by Cainiao packaging, to efficiently identify and digitally manage each box in the form of "one box, one yard", thus helping businesses to achieve digital supply chain management based on boxes.
