CTOnews.com learned that DiDi issued an official statement of apology for this, saying that some of Didi's services were affected due to a network failure in the computer room on the afternoon of September 22, and that Didi has now fully recovered after emergency repair. "We apologize again for the inconvenience caused to the majority of passengers and drivers."
