Taiwan media pointed out that Pegatron Vietnam Factory has entered mass production at present, mainly producing consumer electronics products. This expansion of Vietnam factory capacity is mainly to cope with some products of Microsoft Surface series and OEM business such as Google intelligent slightly.

Pegatron Vietnam Plant is located in the emerging industrial zone of Haiphong City, Vietnam. The company originally planned to mass produce in the second half of 2021, but due to the impact of Xinguan epidemic, the plant did not start mass production until this year.

At the request of customers, Pegatron has accelerated its pace to set up factories in Southeast Asia in recent years. Vietnam factory mainly produces consumer electronics products, mainly some products of Microsoft Surface series, as well as OEM businesses such as Google smart slightly.

In addition to the mainland of China, Pegatron's production capacity covers Taiwan, Mexico, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and other places. Among them, Indonesia Batam Island in Southeast Asia is the first mass production, mainly producing Netcom products, Vietnam and India are only entering the mass production stage this year, India mainly plans to contract iPhone.
