Ford: will operate electric vehicle business in China with independent company "Electric Mach Technology"

CTOnews.com, September 26 (Xinhua)-- Ford has announced that it will launch an independent company, Ford Electric Mach Technology (FMeT), to operate the electric vehicle business in China and accelerate the electrification transformation in China.

CTOnews.com found from industrial and commercial information that Ford Electric Mach Technology changed its name from Ford Blue Mach Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. (2020-10-28 to 2022-09-19) to Ford Electric Mach Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd on September 19.

The company is currently engaged in goods import and export, technology import and export, new energy vehicle sales business, Ford China holding 81.2030%, and the other is Nanjing Jiangning Jingkai Information Industry Development Co., Ltd., holding 18.7970%. The company also has two wholly-owned subsidiaries.
