On September 28, 2022, the 12th meeting of the third board of directors of the company approved the motion on investing in the construction of Luoyang new energy battery production base in Ningde era by 8 votes, 0 votes against and 0 abstention.

The announcement said that Ningde Times intends to rely on Luoyang's industrial base and location advantages to promote cooperation with Luoyang in the research and production of new energy batteries, the ecological construction of new energy industry and the application of new energy technologies, so as to further enhance the company's core competitiveness.

CTOnews.com learned that the construction content of the Luoyang new energy battery production base project is the new energy power battery system and energy storage system production line, with a planned land area of about 1700 mu, and the construction period of the project is expected to be no more than 36 months from the start of construction.
