In order to further promote business development, meet market demand and improve capacity layout, the company plans to invest in the construction of a Luoyang new energy battery production base project in Yibin District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, with a total investment of no more than RMB 14 billion yuan.
On September 28, 2022, the 12th meeting of the third board of directors of the company approved the motion on investing in the construction of Luoyang new energy battery production base in Ningde era by 8 votes, 0 votes against and 0 abstention.
The announcement said that Ningde Times intends to rely on Luoyang's industrial base and location advantages to promote cooperation with Luoyang in the research and production of new energy batteries, the ecological construction of new energy industry and the application of new energy technologies, so as to further enhance the company's core competitiveness.
