CTOnews.com learned that the two development boards incorporated into the backbone of OpenHarmony are the KHDVK-3566B development board launched by Shenkaihong and the Niobe U4 development board based on the ESP32 series chips of Kaihong Zhigu Company.

Among them, Shenkaihong KHDVK-3566B is based on OpenHarmony embedded KaihongOS smart screen development board, using ROCKCHIP RK3566 Cortex-A55 quad-core processor, suitable for tablet computers, facial scanning cash registers, home appliance display screens, industrial robots, medical testing equipment, advertising machines, digital signs, teaching machines and other equipment.

The Niobe U4 development board of Kaihong Zhigu is based on ESP32-U4WDH chip, which is specially made for the Internet of things and is suitable for smart home, smart education and other application scenarios.
