The output of new energy vehicles reached 204893 in September, compared with 71115 in the same period last year, a cumulative increase of 248.74 percent over the same period last year.

Sales of pure electric passenger cars reached 94941 in September, a cumulative increase of 214.45% over the same period last year.

Sales of plug-in hybrid passenger cars reached 106032 in September, an increase of 307.21% over the same period last year.

CTOnews.com learned that BYD also disclosed that a total of 7736 new energy passenger vehicles were sold overseas in September 2022, and the total number of new energy vehicle power batteries and energy storage batteries installed was 8.610GWh.

BYD previously said that its new energy vehicles operate in six continents, more than 70 countries and regions, and more than 400 cities.
