According to CTOnews.com news on October 4, Xianyu, a second-hand trading platform, recently issued a public notice on the new "seven-day unexplained return standard in Xianyu community", which requires operating sellers to provide "seven-day unexplained return" service, and buyers should keep the returned goods intact.

According to the notice, this rule will be notified from September 30, 2022 to October 7, 2022, and will enter into force on October 8, 2022. For what is an operating seller, the official name refers to the completion of the license flash or personal statement, Xianyu's personal home page displays the "merchant" logo of the seller.

CTOnews.com learned that Xianyu also listed seven types of products that do not support "seven-day unwarranted returns": customized goods, fresh and perishable goods, audio-visual products downloaded online or unsealed by buyers, computer software and other digital goods; delivered newspapers and periodicals; service goods; auction goods; and human medicine. In addition, Xianyu also listed that sellers can choose to support "seven-day unexplained return" products (such as food, personal items, etc.), and must support "seven-day unjustified return" products (such as digital products and accessories, books, etc.).
