Thanks to CTOnews.com netizen OC_Formula for the clue delivery! CTOnews.com October 6 news, source @ Roland Quandt revealed that Qualcomm is testing the new Snapdragon 7 Series SoC (SM7475), the new product uses the "1x 3x4" three-cluster design, it seems that the specification is not much different from the previous generation, may be Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 or Snapdragon 7 + Gen 1.

According to reports, the chip is composed of one super-large core, three large cores and four small cores, using Qualcomm Kryo Prime, Gold and Silver core architecture respectively. The main frequencies of super-large core and large core are all around 2.4GHz, and the frequency of small core is about 1.8GHz.

The Kryo Prime and Gold cores may be based on ARM Cortex-A715 or A710 modifications, and the Silver core is based on the Cortex A510 core if not unexpectedly. Overall, the frequency of the new product is only slightly higher than that of Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, which is not much different from that of the previous generation.

CTOnews.com learned that Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 has already used a 4 nm process, and it is estimated that the next generation of 7 series processors will maintain the same process level, but Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 will be manufactured by Samsung, and previous revelations have pointed out that Qualcomm's next generation 7 series processors will be built by TSMC, which is worth looking forward to.
