IPhone memo was revealed to be inexplicably empty, and Apple customer service responded "will try to recover in the system"
CTOnews.com, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) recently, several iPhone users said on the social media platform that their Apple memos were inexplicably emptied and could not be found in Apple's cloud service (iCloud). In response, Apple customer service responded that if some users encounter a similar situation, Apple will try to help recover in the system.
CTOnews.com learned that some netizens said that even if they contacted Apple support, they could not find the contents of the memo, and advised everyone to use local storage memos and not to save them in iCloud.
According to Apple's website, users can use "memos" on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, through which users can capture quick flashes of inspiration, create checklists, improvise graffiti, and so on. If used with iCloud, you can also keep the memo up-to-date on all devices. Or store the memo on the device. You can also top major memos, graffiti, create checklists, scan and sign documents, and add attachments such as photos, videos or web links.
