BOSS Direct hire submits dual major listing applications to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with an average of 25.9 million monthly active users

CTOnews.com October 10 news, BOSS Direct hire to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange submitted a dual major listing application. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs act as co-sponsors. After the completion of the dual major listing process, BOSS Direct hire will become a company listed on both the NASDAQ Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

According to the prospectus, the average number of monthly active users (MAU) directly employed by BOSS in the first half of 2022 was 25.9 million, and users generated an average of 3 billion job search messages on the platform each month. In the same period, BOSS achieved revenue of 2.25 billion yuan and operating cash flow of 481 million yuan, with an adjusted net profit of 363 million yuan.

In 2020 and 2021, the income of BOSS direct employment was 1.944 billion yuan and 4.259 billion yuan respectively, a year-on-year growth rate of 94.7% and 119.0%. Excluding equity incentive fees, under non-GAAP, BOSS Direct Employment made an adjusted net profit of 853 million yuan in 2021.

In the 12 months to June 30, 2022, there were more than 100 million BOSS direct employment cumulative service certified applicants, 8.9 million certified enterprises, and 3.8 million paying enterprise customers, of which the number of large customers paying 50,000 yuan or more increased by 85% compared with the same period last year.

The position report disclosed by the institution shows that 100 institutions increased their holdings of BOSS in the second quarter of 2022, including T.Rowe Price (Putonghua Group), UBS AM (UBS Asset Management), Tiger Global (Tiger Global Fund), J.P.
