In order to strengthen the leading function of high-end industry and promote high-quality economic and social development, several measures are proposed to promote the development of high-end manufacturing industry.

The measure proposes to roll out key tasks of application scene innovation in the fields of artificial intelligence, 5G and industrial Internet, and to reward benchmarking demonstration projects with a reward of no more than 20% and a maximum of 8 million yuan.

Fully verified intelligent Internet-connected vehicles are encouraged to carry out test applications in high-speed highway scenarios and commercial trial operations in specific areas, and support self-driving equipment that meet the technical requirements to carry out test applications in specific areas.

In Jinshan and other key areas, we will promote the construction of facilities such as unmanned aircraft test areas and airports, deploy pilot traffic management information systems for unmanned aircraft, and build capabilities for airworthiness verification and inspection.

Under the premise of safety assessment, we will gradually open up the application scenarios such as UAV island transportation, community distribution, green belt logistics around the city and so on. Conduct unmanned ship channel tests in specific areas.

CTOnews.com learned that the "measures" cover six aspects: land use indicators, industrial housing, technological transformation, plant and property, innovation platform, and talent incentives, and will be implemented from October 1, 2022.
