CTOnews.com, Oct. 13, Microsoft's Alpha Skip Ahead channel for Xbox Insiders has pushed an update for version 2308.221010-1900, bringing a number of feature improvements and Bug fixes.

New features and experience: game DVR screencap:

On the Xbox Series S | X host, the bitrate of 720p and 1080p game DVR capture has now increased by 30%.

Profile:

Starting today, a random group of users will see a new version of the "request to join" feature. Simply navigate to your friend's profile and use the "request to join" button to send them a notification, and the other person can easily reply to a message or invite you to join the game.

Xbox supports:

Starting today, Xbox Assist will be updated to Xbox Support and will include a new layout and browsing experience similar to that on Support.Xbox.com.

Fix content: audio:

Fixed an issue where the host could not output audio at startup in some cases.

Handle:

Fixed an issue where the handle randomly lost synchronization or was disconnected from the host.

System:

Some of the update features can correctly display the local language on the host.
