Construction of the country's first standardized "inland river new energy shipbuilding" project

CTOnews.com, October 13, according to China Shipbuilding Group, on October 11, the overall planning and design of Jining Energy New Energy Shipbuilding Project of China Shipbuilding Group began construction, which will be the country's first green, intelligent, modern and standardized new energy shipbuilding base integrating R & D, design and intelligent manufacturing, and will become a benchmark project for inland river new energy shipbuilding in China.

According to reports, after the first phase of the base was completed and put into operation, 240 ships were built and 100 ships were repaired, and 400 ships were built and 100 ships were repaired in the year after the overall completion.

China Shipbuilding Ninth Academy will adhere to the concept of "green intelligent shipbuilding-building green intelligent ship" throughout the overall planning and design of the project, build digital workshops and intelligent chemical plants, and lead the "numerical intelligence change" of inland river shipbuilding. Promote the modularization, standardization and batching of shipbuilding, and speed up the iteration of inland river ship upgrading.

CTOnews.com learned that the project covers an area of about 1125 mu and uses the 1.2km coastline of Baima River to build new production facilities such as berth, harbor pool, outfitting wharf, hull joint workshop, sectional assembly and welding workshop, painting workshop, outfitting integrated workshop, power and environmental protection station. The first phase of the project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2023.
