According to the documents, Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. objected to the trademark "Sihai Kunpeng" applied by Shandong Kunpeng Aviation Service Co., Ltd. According to the examination of the State Intellectual Property Office, the trademark of "Sihai Kunpeng" completely contains the prominent part of Huawei's trademarks such as "Kunpeng Lingyun" and "Kunpeng Lingyun Plan." The designated services of both parties belong to Class 41 education and training, which constitutes an approximate trademark designated for use on the same or similar services. Finally, the State Intellectual Property Office refused to register the trademark "Sihai Kunpeng."

CTOnews.com learned that in May this year, Huawei also successfully objected to the trademarks of "Ice and Snow Glory" and "Changjiang Kunpeng."
