On October 18, according to foreign media reports, European users who had placed orders to book Model S Plaid recently revealed that Tesla had taken the initiative to contact them to ask whether the new car could be delivered at the end of November or early December this year.

Tesla has launched the modified Model S and Model X models in the US market for nearly two years. Among them, Model X Plaid and Model S Plaid have the strongest performance. In particular, the acceleration performance of Tesla Model S Plaid has repeatedly exceeded its competitors in various competitions and is more popular among consumers. Due to higher market demand, Tesla chose to give priority to the delivery of Model S Plaid.

Tesla customers who ordered the modified Model S and Model X models have been patiently waiting for the company to deliver the new car since its launch. Many European users who booked Model S Plaid reported that Tesla had contacted them to ask if they were ready to deliver the new car by the end of November or early December this year.

Tesla's official website page also shows that the estimated delivery time of Model S Plaid in various European markets ranges from December 2022 to February 2023. By contrast, the lower-configured Model S AWD is not yet listed in Europe. European users also cannot order Model S AWD through Tesla's official website.

Currently, Tesla's Fremont plant in California is the company's only plant that produces Tesla Model S and Model X. The rest of the super factories only produce Tesla Model 3 and Model Y electric cars. Therefore, the Model S and Model X electric vehicles produced by the Fremont Automobile Plant in Tesla California need to meet global demand.
