Xiaomi Redmi Pad is about to launch in the Philippines and is expected to be listed in more markets.

CTOnews.com October 23 news, in early October, Xiaomi Redmi Pad launched for the first time in the Indian market. Now, it is officially announced that it will soon launch in the Philippine market. The basic 6GB+128GB sells for 14999 Philippine pesos (about 1845 yuan). But the listing date has not yet been announced.

The Redmi Pad has a 10.6-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1200 x 2000 and a refresh rate of 90Hz. It also supports four loudspeakers with Dolby panoramic sound tuning. The tablet is equipped with MediaTek's Helio G99 chip, 3GB / 4GB / 6GB memory and 64GB / 128GB storage. Redmi Pad is equipped with 8000mAh battery with a charging power of 18W.

CTOnews.com learned that the Redmi Pad has a rear 8-megapixel camera that supports a 105-degree field of view, and a front 8-megapixel camera that supports FocusFrame to track user movements during video calls. Redmi Pad runs MIUI 13, which is based on Android 12, and guarantees three years of software support and two major Android updates.

Redmi Pad has graphitic ash, moonlight silver and mint green colors. It is expected to enter more countries, including the Chinese market.
