Korean Future Asset Financial Group is preparing to provide funds to Musk to help him acquire Twitter.

Sina Technology News Beijing time on October 25 news, people familiar with the matter revealed that South Korea Future Asset Financial Group (Mirae Asset Financial Group) plans to provide 300 billion won (US $208 million, about 1.512 billion yuan) to Musk to help him acquire Twitter. Musk needs US $44 billion (about 319.88 billion yuan) to buy Twitter.

The deadline for the acquisition is October 28, and the South Korean consortium will finalise the deal in the next few days, according to people familiar with the matter. Future assets were already invested in SpaceX at the beginning of the year.

Analysts believe that Musk needs to attract more equity investors to get enough funds. Musk is not without money, but with more investors, there is no need to sell a large number of shares in Tesla.

At the beginning of the month, a Delaware judge set a deadline for Musk to trade. Tesla investors are worried that Musk may sell a large number of Tesla shares.
